Ten years later, as a reporter for a private radio station, Max is looking for a lucky competition winner of one kilo of gold and ten kilos of chocolate. In the hustle and bustle of the 700th anniversary celebrations of the Swiss Confederation and the 800th anniversary of the Canton of Berne, he meets a girl to whom he can proudly introduce his friend and rock star Polo.
The moving story of a beekeeper's fate. He lost everything in the turmoil of the Turkish-Kurdish war: his wife and children, his homeland and, with the loss of over 500 colonies of bees, also his livelihood. The only thing remaining is his love of bees and his unwavering trust in individual human beings, regardless of origin. Following a long odyssey fraught with deprivation, the beekeeper finds his way back to his passion in Switzerland.
STELLA DA FALLA (Reto Savoldelli, Jacques Sandoz, 1971)
STELLA DA FALLA is a sequel to the films about the "flower children", shot by a flower child himself, introduced to us with the typical Swiss phase shift.
